thank you and your mechanics for the exceptional work
that was performed on my 1987 Honda Civic. I
have owned this car for nearly 8 years and it has
never been touched by anyone but me because I do not
trust most mechanics to know any more than I do, which
is not a lot. Your knowledge of the carburetor
system on this care was a pleasant surprise. The
car is running better than it ever has.
I also noticed that
you replaced a broken stud on the screen over the
carburetor and a new bolt where the air filter housing
bolts to the valve cover. I pay close attention
to these kinds of details and was absolutely amazed
that you guys fixed these minor problems without being
asked to do so. I will definitely bring this car
back when further work is needed, even if it is
something that I would have normally done myself.

Duncan who first answered my call and invited me for a
"walk around" my car to see along with him if I indeed
required the laundry list of things that were
described as necessary repair after first visiting a
dealership earlier in the week.
Based on my own
inspection and good common sense, plain as day advice
from Tim and Bob, I left the shop with nearly $1,000
in so-called repair I did NOT have to attend to...
What can I say except

"I wanted to write and
tell you how pleased I am with the service received
from Precision Incorporated over the years. I have
been bringing my car to Precision for over 10 years.
In 2001, I purchased a
new Honda CRV from a local dealer. In September of
that same year I was stranded because my car started
smoking and vibrating on my way to work. The car was
towed to Precision and it was determined that my air
conditioning compressor was the cause of the
problem.
The men at Precision
suggested that it was premature for a problem of
this sort and gave me the address of American Honda
so that I could contact someone about the problem.
American Honda initiated a case and covered the
entire repair. I want to thank you for your
recommendation.
I always receive
professional and efficient service at Precision. Not
only that, but I have stopped by a couple of times
with questions, like the air conditioner problem,
and you checked it out without a charge.
